Since 1979, the Registered Nurses Foundation of BC (RNFBC) has been a registered charity committed to empowering the nursing profession through bursaries and advancing education.
Across British Columbia, communities are facing a growing shortage of nurses at the same time as demand for care continues to rise. An aging population, increasing complexity in patient needs, and pressures on the health care system mean more nurses are needed – now and in the years ahead.
We provide financial support to students studying to become Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs), and Nurse Practitioners (NPs), enabling them to access post-graduate education and advance nursing practice.
Your Donation in Action
Thanks to planned gifts, RNFBC provides financial support to nursing students in areas of greatest need:

- First Nations, Inuit and Metis education

Donate Online
You can make a one-time or recurring donation through our online fundraising hub. One-time donations will receive a tax receipt within a week while recurring donations will receive a consolidated annual receipt. You can contact us at any time to change or stop your recurring donation.

Call In Your Donation
